Project Description

UniExpress ID is an app that is universally accessible to where the user can add their identification and documentation in the mobile app. The user can use this for travel, business, finance, law enforcement, and verification without any restrictions or limitations.

My Role

As a Designer, it is my role to create an application that can deliver with accuracy and allow users to sign up anywhere and get help quickly through customer service with no errors if there is an issue and is visually appealing to catch their attention.

The Challenges


  • Connectivity to the internet through the device crucial.
  • To ensure the app is functioning properly and simple for the user to access and use in their space and other areas.
  • Making sure the ID Mobile App is compatible with other brands of applications and essentials.

    How to build a better way to verify the user to gain access to the services available on the app?

    The Solution

     We emphasize with the users by researching the problem by asking former delivery workers about what they want in an app that they feel they need to fix in general and make sure the app provides full security protection.
